Your access to and use of this website, as well as all related websites operated by Pure Gut Health (which includes https://club.pureguthealth.com/, among others) (collectively the “Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect:

  1. You agree that the Site itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, products, services and/or other materials made available on the Site by us or third parties (collectively referred to as the “Content”) are maintained for your personal use by Pure Gut Health (the “Company”) and are the property of the Company and/or its third party providers. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Site solely for personal purposes. No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.
  2. All Content on the Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and remains the property of the Company and/or its suppliers. No materials may be used except as provided in these Terms of Use.
  3. The Company offers membership options including a 7 day free trial for monthly membership, after which you will be charged $69 AUD per month unless cancelled prior to the end of the trial period. Alternatively, you may select a $299 AUD 4 month subscription followed by $50 AUD per month thereafter, or a $599 AUD 12 month subscription. Membership grants one individual access to all Content for the duration of their membership. The ‘valued at’ pricing reflects the development and production costs of the Content. Sharing account access or allowing non-paying individuals to view Content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund and liability for the full membership fee.
  4. You may cancel your membership at any time if you are on a monthly plan, including during the free trial period. For 4 month and 12 month subscriptions, cancellation is available after the initial subscription term. Cancellation can be completed within the membership platform. Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be removed.
  5. Pure Gut Health believes in its product and the methods provided. A 7 day free trial is available for new monthly members; however, no money back guarantee applies to the free trial period. If you do not cancel prior to the end of the trial, your membership will convert to a paid membership and the first payment will be processed. A 7 day money back guarantee applies to eligible paid 4 month and 12 month memberships and is limited to the first 7 days of membership in total, starting from the date your membership first becomes active and your initial payment is processed. This guarantee applies to the initial continuous 7 day membership period only and cannot be extended, restarted, or combined with the free trial period. To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact info@pureguthealth.com before 11:59pm AEST on the seventh day of your membership. After this time, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Any approved refunds will have non-refundable merchant processing fees deducted and will be returned within seven days using the original payment method. Upon issuance of a refund, access to the membership and all associated benefits will be immediately revoked.
  6. The Company may receive referral commissions or other compensation from third parties or affiliates. All trademarks, trade names, and branding, including “Pure Gut Health”, are the property of or used with permission by the Company. No rights are granted to use any trademarks without express written consent. The Company reserves the right to remove Content or accounts that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.
  7. While the Company strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, it makes no warranties regarding completeness or accuracy and accepts no liability for any errors or omissions. All Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and the Company does not guarantee results or outcomes, including any health-related improvements. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes related to your health. The Company does not provide medical advice, and all Content is for general informational and educational purposes only, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Testimonials reflect individual experiences only and do not guarantee similar results. Statements have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or any other authority.
  8. By registering, you consent to receive electronic communications from the Company, including emails relating to your account, updates, and marketing communications. Any feedback, suggestions, or materials submitted to the Company become its sole property and may be used without restriction or compensation.
  9. The Company takes reasonable measures to protect its systems but cannot guarantee absolute security. Use of the Site is at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, or external platforms, and their use is governed by their respective terms. The Company reserves the right to refuse access to the Site or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or disruptive behaviour.
  10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
  11. The Company will not intentionally disclose personal information except where required by law or to enforce these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to the Privacy Policy at https://club.pureguthealth.com/pages/privacy.
  12. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. The Company may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
